Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Once the order is confirmed from your end, it cannot be cancelled.
- Modification for Personalised Orders: Modifications depend on the progress of the products. If the products are already in production or priced, modifications won’t be possible. If not, our team will try to accommodate your modification requests in any possible way.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Return & Exchange Applicability: Returns are only applicable if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
- Return & Exchange Window: If you receive an item that is damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at palakpatel@www.memorymavens.com or henalshah@www.memorymavens.com within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, & in the original packaging.
- Unboxing Unedited Video: We advise you to record an unedited video while unpacking the products as proof in case of any return or exchange request. This will help us process your request quickly & resolve any issues.

Refund Policy
